Found LUGGit whilst doing some research for Lisbon since our Airbnb couldn’t accommodate early check-in. While I was a little worried at first despite seeing all the great reviews, all of my worries were swept away when we got our first call. Our Keeper, Pires, was a-m-a-z-i-n-g to say the least. He waited for us for around 10-15 minutes after our original scheduled time since we were getting out of the airport. He was easy to find and gave us clear instructions on where to meet. Customer service was also quick to respond on WhatsApp when we let them know we would be a bit late. Pires tagged our bags on the zipper part (so it’s obvious it wouldn’t be touched/opened) and put them in his van. He even helped give us directions on where to go to wait for an Uber, which was really helpful. Pires brought our luggage back to us at the scheduled time. We were really glad that we used this service since it would’ve been very inconvenient lugging around 5 luggages the entire day especially in Lisbon where the streets are so sloped and uneven. I don’t think we would’ve lasted if we had to do that. If you’re looking for a trustworthy service to hold your luggage for some time, I highly recommend LUGGit!

I was admittedly super nervous to use this service, I’m from the US and had a one day stay over in Lisbon before my flight out. We arrived early in the morning and the check in to our airbnb wasn’t until 3pm! We didn’t want to lug our luggage around all day so… My airbnb host recommended this app and I looked on line and tik tok etc (using my resources) to see if this thing was legit! I felt confident after the videos and decided I’d give it a try, then I saw only a few hundred reviews and felt scared again 😅 but it was too late I had to do it! We didn’t have any place to go in Lisbon in the morning so we went to a cafe, we set our pick up location as this random cafe in the middle of the Alfama area (not easy to navigate with a van) and sure enough 5 minutes before my allotted time my LUGGit driver showed up, was extremely extremely nice and helpful!!! Dropping off is easy to trust… I love having the real time location feature, that was comforting I could check where the vehicle with my bass was every few hours… We arrived to our airbnb at 330 after some luggage free wandering and shopping! we had set our drop off time for 4pm, and again a few minutes before 4, the app notified me my driver was on the way and I followed him in the app with the real time location until he was close and easy as that, got my luggage, hassle free, damage free, for a good fee, and happily! Our second “ luggage keeper” was equally as friendly and helpful 😁TLDR: I’m a normal average person from the US, traveling to Europe for the first time! I had fears of using the service and instead it went smooth and easy, will use again!

My partner and I go to Lisbon every year for 3 months. That often means multiple Airbnb locations and side trips where having to lug our bags around that hold 3 months worth of stuff would be terrible. So after a couple other options like storing them at a retail location etc, I found LUGGit! It has been so great. You schedule a time, a driver comes and picks it up, zip ties it with a tracker tie and off they go, as well as you, luggage free! They’ve never been late, the luggers are always so nice too! Schedule a return time, two weeks later or 3 hours later when you have to move from one 11am checkout to a 3pm check in! It’s fantastic! Highly recommend!
