An Official US Navy mobile service, produced by the Navy’s PMW 240 Program The U.S. Navy App Locker mobile app and accompanying website are your trusted source for information and download links to mobile apps developed by the U.S. Navy. Prior to the Navy App Locker, there was no single way to view all mobile applications developed by the U.S. Navy. The Navy App Locker solves this problem, allowing Sailors to view all details and information about Navy apps, while also providing direct download links to commercial app stores. The Navy App Locker interacts seamlessly with Sailors’ personal devices and does not require CAC authentication. The Navy App Locker is also a great place to find apps that offer training on a variety of topics. Many of these apps allow Sailors to submit Navy Training Management and Planning System (NTMPS) course completion credits to their Electronic Training Jacket (ETJ). Apps don’t download

At first I was thrilled to see so many helpful apps all in one place. Unfortunately after downloading a couple apps, it just stopped. I would pick an APP click the GET box then ....... nothing. If I was able to actually get to any of those seemingly awesome apps from that one place, it would have been so helpful for so many troops for so many reasons. I really hope you get the bugs worked out because this app could really make my life so much more productive. Thank you and good luck.

Can’t get apps

Like the person 2yrs ago wrote. Excited about all in one app locker. Downloaded the locker and every app inside the locker is inaccessible. Every time I click “get” for an app the whole thing freezes and I have to close it out. Great idea, but useless currently. You would think someone would’ve fixed a 2yr old problem by now. Keep setting that same half-a**ed standard Navy. Love ya, but seriously, still not listening to Sailors.

Deserves negative stars

App User of the Day
Current version is UNSAT. These apps were not ready for launch and remain buggy. Forget about filing a travel claim via the PCS App. It does not accept devotions from its narrowly defined program and could easily result in a Sailor filing an erroneous travel claim. I have a very simple travel claim and cannot submit accurately via this app.Quite frankly it is embarrassing that we are asking our Sailors to use these apps.

This new application for navy standards is TRASH! I would give it negative 5 stars if apple would let me. Not user friendly and can’t save previous scores like the navy PFA app lets you! neither do the scores stay the same. This is another great example of who ever had this application released am assuming “navy” of how they keep us confused. Making thing easier they say sound like a whole bunch of bull****! To me
