This app still needs a lot of work. As a parent who works in the MarTech world, the old app would frustrate me, but this is beyond. I prefer to go back & this is with just with a few hours of using the new one. It doesn’t keep you logged in and takes forever to recognize our face and it lags with a slow load time. Not ideal. (The login should have a selection for storing login/ keeping signed in like 90% of apps)Also while the UI has great color the feed with multiple children is torture - it should allow to choose what I’m seeing from the start. Additionally I’m see the teachers newsletters multiple times. Finally,not having a full calendar view on the app anymore and only a list you need to scroll through and not being able to filter by student/ child is frustrating. I can go on and on.

Unfortunately, it is difficult to navigate through this app. The Menu doesn’t make sense, the interface seems very outdated (like it’s 30 years old), and its overall lack of design makes it unsatisfactory for usage. It’s also very slow, and you have to log in every time you open the app after a while.

Zero stars if I could. Bring back the old app. This is my 9th year using plus portals as a parent for two different schools. I can’t log onto either version of the app now, and now have to use the miserable web version. I don’t even know why you launched a new version. This is unbelievably frustrating.

Why do people hate on this site yes it could be a bit better but for me as a student I think this app is better than the older one.
