Updated the projects screen so it loads more quickly, and issues in photo capture that may cause memory leaks. Updated the search functionality so it will search past the pagination. Fixed bug where concurrent uploads were causing the queue to hang, and remove other pending uploads in memory.

Added a cleanup call to purge photo uploads the client has deleted that the server still thinks should be uploaded. Prevents expected uploads that will never happen

Fixed an image processor issue where if the user closes the app it will may forget the upload url

The bug blocking the image processor pipeline has been fixed, and this version will re-enable any users who still have pending uploads.

Fixed a bug where the moisture log photo upload is not removed if the moisture log was deleted during upload

Fixed timestamp bugs in the atmospheric and moisture log readings, both now show the full dates, and the timezone is saved correctly.

Hardened the photo upload to deal with edge cases. If a project/room is deleted while an upload is in progress as a user, the files are still upload in the event anyone needs them. They remain invisible until the room is un-deleted or the photos moved. No photos are ever lost.

Camera selection now allows user to switch between the front and the back camera. Fixed an edge case where some users experience upload retries for a deleted room. Now renders correctly on Ipad.

There was an error where taking a photo would occasionally crash the app.
