I’ve been using the Safe for about a decade. It remains one of my top five frequently used apps. Over that time, I have become very comfortable with the security, the access, the functionality and support. I was worried that the company would disappear and I would be left with no access. Or, my family wouldn’t. The company has great customer service. They respond promptly, kindly with answers to questions. I highly recommend this app to store all important stuff including documents, pictures.I have it on both my ipad and iPhone and sync them every few weeks to keep them both current. It also gives me peace of mind, if I lose one of them (although, Apple might keep a backup with my phone on the cloud… not sure). It continues to produce more and more functionality with upgrades. I am happy to purchase a upgrades ($1.99 one time) when there is a new function that I had been waiting for.

I’ve been using the Safe for about a decade. It remains one of my top five frequently used apps. Or, my family wouldn’t. The company has great customer service. They respond promptly, kindly with answers to questions. I have used SAFE + from the time it was only known as SAFE. Twice over a decade I have had an accident or mishap that has caused me to receive a refurbished phone. In both incidents I was screwed because of technicalities involving restores from backups not working because the phone was upgraded to an IOS version that was newer than the last backup. You live long enough you will experience this. Twice in my moment of darkness Technical Support came through and saved me!!! This product is one of the best I have used to save critical passwords, data, etc. I just setup SAFE + Device Sync between my iPhone and MAC so I can have this data live in two locations. Which reminds me I used another password app as a backup. They are no longer in the APP store so the app will not download from the cloud to my phone. All of that data that was not duplicated was lost, and that is painful. ‘Nuff said, SAFE + is exceptional and has stood the TEST OF TIME!!!

I was very impressed with their tech support and downloaded Safe+ to my iPhone 8+ and followed their directions. Everything transferred over perfectly with no loss of data. I love the new Safe+ app and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a way to organize passwords, login names, credit card info and more. You won’t be disappointed and you certainly will love the tech support should you need it.

I feel confident in storing my passwords and other sensitive information in Safe+.
