I just wanted to thank your company so much for providing me the opportunity to make a small amount of income. I was involved in a major car accident that disabled me for life. I am unable to work now and it’s be very hard for me to cope. I am also a content creator on TikTok and discovered your app because my husband recommended I try it out because I’m always posting content. I love this app and the idea behind it. The glitches are a little out of hand though. There have been several times where I submit a video on time and then nothing happens. I don’t get paid. It doesn’t show in my active or completed. There have been other instances, where my video is gaining traction and getting the views needed, but then I’ll be declined after already submitting the video and gaining money for it. If the budget ran out, I should still be paid for what I earned. And the system they provide through the app to report glitches just doesn’t work so there’s not really a way to get it resolved. Have I made money with this app? Yes. But I’ve also been forced to miss out on money bc of glitches with the app. It gets incredibly annoying.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This app has so many bugs that need to be fixed. If you are able to actually log in when you make an account, your access won’t last for long (maybe a week or 2 tops.) The support team is absolutely useless. To have a bug that literally won’t let your subscribers even open the app is a total fail. The creators of this app should find a new hobby because these bugs in the app have existed for over a year and they have yet to fix it. I wondered why I stopped seeing people promote this app on TikTok and this is why.I can’t delete my account or opt out of emails because I can’t even get into my account. And when you email support, they say “sorry, we can’t do anything about this. You’ll just have to keep trying to log in.” So here I am 6 months later, still getting emails, still unable to log in to my account.

SoundMe has great potential, but the way it treats creators is extremely disappointing. Campaigns are often mismanaged — sponsors select the wrong countries, and instead of fixing the mistake fairly, the platform automatically declines creators who already submitted content. No compensation is offered, and the videos often gather views before being removed, which feels exploitative.These situations happen far too often, and there’s little to no accountability. Creators are frequently removed from campaigns without any explanation or support. Communication is poor, and it’s clear that creators are not a priority.If SoundMe doesn’t improve how it handles campaigns and creator relations, it will continue to lose the trust of the very people keeping the platform alive.
