Swaree is for the plans you actually want to happen: pickleball on Friday, the game at the bar Sunday, dinner downtown, a weekend hike. You create the event, your crew sees it, and everyone knows who's in.
There are two ways to set one up:
FIXED SPOTS
Need an exact number? Cap it, and people claim a spot first-come. When it fills, the rest join the waitlist. Good for doubles, a table for six, or anything with a hard limit.
OPEN RSVP
Just want whoever's around? Leave it open and let people RSVP in, maybe, or out. Good for drinks, a watch party, or a low-key hang.
Plus the things that keep a plan together:
- Build a crew once and reuse it, or invite specific people to a single plan.
- See who's coming at a glance, instead of scrolling a long group thread.
- Set an RSVP deadline so you have your headcount in time.
- Add it to your calendar and get a reminder before it starts.
- Repeat the ones you run every week.
No group text required. Just the plan, the people, and who's showing up.
Ratings & Reviews
- Bring list: as a host, add items you'd like attendees to bring to the event, like 3 packs of seltzers, pizza, water, etc. and let people claim items. See what's coming and what's still needed.
- Manage your crews and people in one place from your profile.
- After an event, Swaree will offer users to add people from the event they were not previously connected to on the app.
- Bug fixes and enhancements to invite process.
