Please enable real-time suave for smart meter customers, I’ve been with 1st Energy for a few weeks now but there is no usage data from my smart meter and solar
No “Remember Me” feature
Each time you login, you need to type your username/password - a simple “remember me” feature, or “Face ID” would make it much less painful.
Also, you cannot view/pay your bill on iPhone - as this bill loads as a pdf. document (on your PC). So all you have visibility of is your bill amount.
These simple updates to the current app would make it so much more user friendly and likely be a 4 or 5 star rating for most users.
app is basically just the mobile browser version disguised as an app
Have to manually sign in every single time. Faster to just use phone browser, it's one less step. I'd consider changing to Aurora (in Tasmania) just because their app is better. No simplified option to view energy stats either, it's too detailed. I think having both options would be so much better. Very clunky.
