Scary app
The thing showed that we have used less electricity daily for the last week compared to the week before, but then its “key insight” said “You’ve used $97 more electricity than the week before.” Really scary! Now I’ll have to wait ages on the phone to talk to someone about it. It would have been good if I could trust it.
I’m obsessed!
It took quite a while to access the app, (I have been using Aurora + easily on my computer before then) and even though it takes a while waiting for the operators to assist with IT advice, every single Aurora call centre operator has shown patience, understanding and professionalism towards solving the issue. I LOVE the fact I am now able to access my information at the touch of a button, LOVE the fact that it educates me with data to make better power choices, gives me hints and tips and is on the trajectory of getting better as it is developing. Total fan, glad it’s free, and appreciate Aurora commitment to customer service.
Not bad, not great
It does what it’s supposed to do but if you have solar it doesn’t calculate the feed-in very well live.
I can be generating power to send back all day and if I check the app it still deducts when it should be adding. It work itself out but live is not live.
