Use the Flip app to manage your Flip NBN service and enjoy TV content from around the world free and direct to your device.

• Save your favourite International channels for fast access
• View current and upcoming shows for channels through the live TV guide
The Flip app is free but you may be charged for data usage to download from the App Store. Data is required to use the app and stream the channels not included with Flip NBN services.

Please add functionality of checking data balance on mobile as it is possible to check on the website but impossible to check in the app

They will charge you even if you ask to cancel and when you say I ask to cancel it they say you send email why don’t you call and sent invoice for collection

Terrible! Avoid
Absolute terrible app and terrible service on my nbn connection. I complained to them almost every month of my 3 months of service. I never got the promised speeds. It affected my work greatly. Never again!
