Difficult to Navigate
App is quite difficult to use. When I search for counsellor, only three appear. You cannot book any in person appointments on the app, and as for video call or chat appointments, there is only the one counsellor available to choose (who isn’t available for 3 weeks) and the other two who appear on the phone call options, also have a long waiting period. But confused as when you log in online, more options come up. For those having trouble with the app recognising their organisation - you have to use your work email.
Can’t log in with Apple
Tried logging in with ‘Sign In with Apple’ and it says invalid login credentials...
Won’t load app
Gets stuck on loading screen I’ve been trying for weeks. Also remove COVID barriers please it shouldn’t be impossible to book in person it’s 2023.
