Adelaide Bank 4+

I love the customer service at Adelaide but this app is so disappointing. I can only access my first bank statement on it. Everything else I need to login via computer for. I can’t switch back and forth between this app and another app without the Adelaide app logging me out. So when I need to type in a USB and account number I can’t switch back and forth to copy and paste. No osko!!! That’s a surprise and the one reason I still have most of my savings at about bank. Being able to see a running balance in my home loan account would be wonderful. What’s there works well for the most part it’s just too simple.

While the app works fine, it looks like it was designed in the 90s. The huge issue though is no support for PayID so any transfers in or out take a full day or longer to go through. Considering Adelaide bank is part of Bendigo bank, this is just inexcusable. As a customer who is happy with the home loan rates and good customer service, having such a limited transaction account with no PayID or Apple Pay makes me seriously consider switching all our banking every few months, even if it means paying slightly more in interest to another bank that will invest in tech a bit better.

Legitimately, this app doesn’t function, it drops out. There’s no updates it’s not planned to be updated, also if you have a mortgage and your maybe 20 or so dollars in credit or even $1000 in credit it doesn’t show that you’re in credit for that month, that you need to pay the mortgage, it doesn’t show a value, it just shows you 0!! so you actually have to call up every single month to say hi how much do I have to pay on my mortgage this month? I vomit up better than what Adelaide bank has come up with lift. Your game or get out of the banking sector.
