** further updates - 22 Mar 2026**App version 4.29.0There are still elements that remain unresolved. There are features that simple don’t work depending on the device type used. Lacks continuity across the same application edition over different device types in the current Apple range particularly in the iPads.Needs a polish and further refinement. * Update*It appears some of the removed useful elements within the app have now been reinstated. Some positive work has occurred. I’m guessing others have complained about some of these so called improvements and resulted in some common sense decisions. Baby steps in the right direction I guess. (Nov 2025)*****We have been trapped into this app on both our phones and iPads over time. I have seen applications with superior design, usefulness that have been intuitive and stable. Not elements demonstrated very well within AgentBox. We’ve also seen some good options disappear without explanation. This goes to the lack of creativity evidenced by the design team’s lack of vision or lack of consultation. It’s a shame, there’s a lot of room for improvement.Consider other realestate CRMs before committing to AgentBox
Worst app I’ve ever used

Crashes every single time I use it, but its always something different that causes the crash. This has been ongoing for several years, despite updating the app frequently… the only fix is to completely uninstall and reinstall the app which is a major inconvenience in the middle of an inspection.

App is not user friendly, very glitchy

App is so slow when entering in attendees at open homes, it doesn’t register the mobile number fast enough or will register the mobile number to the incorrect contact, app doesn’t have as many useful features as the website
