Easy App for ETA

Didn’t expect much from the reviews, but the app worked great! Took less than 5 minutes to scan my passports and pay. Visa was sent to my email minutes later. Only issue was reading the chip in passport- however, after 3 unsuccessful tries the app aborts the chip reading and has you look over your biographic info to proceed to payment. The last update must have patched most issues. I found it to be one of the least frustrating apps I’ve used!

Works just fine

I don’t know why so many people have rated it 1 star. Worked perfectly fine, only took about 5 minutes, got my results within 5 minutes.

This is truly an awful horrifically designed application that is so hard to use successfully. Even the easiest step of passport page reading was challenging. The second step of the chip reading is essentially impossible and most will never be able to pass. I was able to pass after spending 45 minutes attempting and I am good with technology however my father could not pass it himself. This app needs to be updated immediately.
