I was so excited to see you have an app! Unfortunately I cannot get past the store selector page. I had to skip that in order to get to the actual store. Hopefully you can fix that and I will change my review!!

Features not working:Tapping size guide in kids clothesFiltering sizes in babies clothes - will filter to show clothes that would have a particular size, but it will not filter out what is out of stock in a particular size so the filter for size is useless. Eg selecting size filter for 6-12mths, shows all stock 6-12mths whether its in stock or not, and you tap on an item to find it’s out of stock. You tap back and the listing of products scrambles so you don’t know what you have seen and what you haven’t. It should take up back to where you were in the list.

This app needs many improvements for it to be user friendly. Half the time the app won’t even open with only a blank white screen appearing when you try to open the app. If there’s a miracle and the app opens properly, you can’t add any items to your cart for purchase, it’s constantly thinking with no action. The developers need to apply some serious attention and fixes/updates to the app, as it really lets the brand down when other similar store’s apps work great. You’re losing sales and customers because of this.

Best & Less would do well to follow in Kmart, Target & Big W’s footsteps and increase revenue by making sure that their app is user friendly and actually works. It glitches constantly and there is no functioning Wishlist. Very difficult to have a little spending spree in comparison to the Coles Myers apps. The update doesn’t work either. Do they actually wish to engage in business?
