So was of no use to me
Awful service
Went to trade in my old iPhone X in October 2024 and despite it being in perfect cosmetic condition and passing this stupid app for diagnostics, the battery health of 74% meant they suddenly rated my device as in poor condition. You used diagnostics and at no point did you ask for battery information.
Misleading and disingenuous. $95 trade in value was dropped to $34. I opted to return the device to myself. Traded in via Officeworks and they offered me full value.
Avoid Boost trade in/Alegre.
Terrible service
So difficult to deal with. They sent me an email asking for my id to process the return. I sent it twice. Without telling me they return my device. 3 months later and i’m back at the same spot.
