The Bunnings PowerPass App gives Bunnings trade customers access to their card and enables them to scan products in-store, add to their account, credit card or pay cash and breeze through the checkout counter and avoid any lines. It also keeps all receipts on hand for when needed.
The app stores your card so there is no need to keep your physical card on you. When in store, the self-scan function allows you to scan products or shelf labels for more information and will display your PowerPass price. You can then add to your cart and proceed to pay for it without going to the checkout, just show your e receipt on the way out for confirmation.
And when you are out and about or on site, you can find your local Bunnings store and search for product information, or scan products that you may have with you and then add them to a list for later.
And when you are working on your books and invoices, the App can help you with your paperwork, by storing all of your receipts.
This App is for Bunnings trade customers with an active PowerPass card. The Bunnings PowerPass App is not available for retail customers.

But not great either. If you just have a cash account (pay when you pick up) you’ll have to call the support number to set up a pin. Unless you have an “account” with Bunnings. 5 stars if you can scan an item and pick your qty. would be great to see stock levels, rather than just “in stock”. Tried to use it today but wasn’t prepared to scan 35 lengths of quad..
Worked ok. Some improvement needed
No problems setting up the app. First time I used it no problems at all. Is it possible to add in an option to enter a fineline/product number if the item does not have a barcode ie. some items in the timber yard.
I would like also to be able to search for items (the search function is probably the worst but if the app) and then save the item you find into a shopping list for use next time in store.
If find electronic receipts do not work for my business so it would be good to get a print out of the receipt in store. I’ll ask at the trade desk next time I’m in.
Otherwise, seems to work well.
App is pretty good, very handy to be able to get pricing with discount. The availability or stock numbers function is pretty flaky. I’ve had a number of occasions where the app says there is stock but it’s not there. This app also seems to use the same search engine as the Bunnings webpage. This is probably the worst search engine in existence. You have to try every possible name for a product to find it. Example - to find a doormat you have to search for ‘door mat’ and ‘doormat’ otherwise you don’t see all the results. Try funding bagged pre-mixed cement products.
Anyhews... a better search engine would improve the app 100%
