Pathetic ZERO stars - Don’t bother downloading
Been a Costco member since 1984, and a geek my entire life. This is the most useless app I’ve encountered!
Pathetic considering Costco has had an international presence for quite some time.
Get your act together, find someone who can actually write Costco a decent working app instead of this rubbish. Over a year ago, a reply to a review stated they were re-working the app. Pfft 12 months on, no update, still useless.
App is not too bad
Can’t even log in. No idea where it is trying to pull the user account from because the website works fine. The app team needs to sort this out.
Update: So I managed to get in touch with the support team for accounts. For some reason, there was some kind of bug with the account where my email was used already.
Will be diving more into the app now to see if there is anything useful I can review on to make this app better.

Multi factor authentication doesn’t work
The app sucked more than a vacuum cleaner but at least it used to work. Now with the “advanced security” of multi factor authentication, it doesn’t even let me login anymore. Tried logging into the web portal on my mobile browser. Tried choosing minimal cookies but even that didn’t work on Chrome (IOS). Well done team.
