The Chemist2U app is here to make medication easy.
It does this by keeping you on top of your scripts with convenient reminders, simple reordering of repeats and delivery straight to your door.
Bringing the chemist to you with:
■ Same day delivery
We’ll deliver to your door the same day. Just order before the cut-off time (typically 2pm, subject to your location). We deliver to all capital cities and major urban areas in Australia.
■ Scripts made easy
Upload your eScript or a photo of your paper script. A local pharmacy will dispense your medication and we will deliver it to your home, work or a location you choose.
■ Pharmacy essentials
We also deliver general pharmacy goods, including cold & flu, feminine hygiene, mums & bubs, sexual health, and vitamins & supplements.
■ Repeat prescriptions
Chemist2U will track and manage your scripts. We help to ensure you always have the medicine you need by reminding you when you are running low and making it quick and easy to reorder repeats.
■ Script Tracker
The Chemist2U app includes Script Tracker. It keeps all your scripts in one spot so you are in control and always have your medication when you need it.

Unreliable
Just unreliable. I placed my first order for a prescription on a Friday for Friday delivery, on Saturday the order was canceled by chemist2u. Then I tried again for Saturday delivery which didn’t happen again and the next day for the same order I was asked to pay for a Sunday delivery which I had no guarantee of it actually be processed and delivered. Had to email to cancel the order myself because the customer service chat never has anyone available to help.
Should come with a health warning
If you have to take medication to maintain your health don’t rely on these guys to get it to you. You are better of going outside and ask the next stranger you encounter to get you your medication, it is a cheaper and more reliable method.
No help, no call back. And I have not found a way to cancel my account, does that mean they are legally allowed to still use my data indefinitely, because they don’t provide means to cancel? If that is the case, a solicitor should have a look at that!
Instead of one star, this app, and all all the people that are involved with this sham, should come with a skull and cross bones and a health warning: Using this app and our services will most likely result in serious damage to your health.
Terrible service
Ordered my items, showed that the pharmacy was processing the order for hours. I contacted the help section and they finally mentioned that the pharmacy was missing an item in my order so I said for them to leave it out. The delivery then took at least another hour after that. At least an hour after their delivery window (which was 11am to 3pm- a massive window and it still ended up late). Upon delivery I was missing another item. So I only ended up with half of my initial order. Took hours for someone to finally give me a refund for the missing item. This is a terrible service and I am now deleting the app.
