I love crusr but man does the app make it hard to work with. You can tell the only thing they update is the menu.

I get signed out of my VIP account and have to log back in pretty much every time I open the app, and it doesnt save my complete address. I can put it my apartment number when placing the order but it only ever saves the building address. A first world problem but it means the delivery drivers always have to call and ask what unit im in. Call me lazy I dare you

Tried ordering from crust Kew (in Melbourne) seemed easy enough through the app, I was able to adjust toppings etc. quite easily. After I paid for the order it took around 10 minutes to get a confirmation email, which said we’d get our food in ‘around 30 minutes’ after well over an hour and four phone calls later to crust Kew we kept getting told the driver was 10 minutes away I finally got a confirmation text (my first of the whole drama) saying the driver was 14 minutes away. This was close to one and a half hours after placing the order. In short never ever use this app, just use Uber eats as it seems after an extensive length of time that’s where your order gets sent to anyway.

The experience in-app is shocking for a chain as popular as this. Constantly signed out, the app doesn’t seem to recognise LastPass like every other app does so I have to copy and paste from there manually (I know, first world problems). Every time you leave and come back to the app it reloads (does save the order though) and there is no tracking whatsoever. Not even asking for a GPS driver tracker although would be nice, but at least just a status of the order so we know whether it’s delayed or whether we need to call like tonight to chase up where the order is at. Needs a complete overhaul - basically combine food quality of Crust with the Dominos app.
