Use Taskers to run orders that you receive from popular third-party food platforms (e.g. UberEats, DoorDash) to reduce commission charges by approx. 50%.
KEY FEATURES FOR BUSINESS USERS:
1. HIRE HELPERS FOR YOUR BUSINESS
Business Users post 'Shifts' to hire independent contractors (called 'Taskers') for a few hours on any day of the week. You can set the services required for the Shift, dates, times and hourly rates. All Taskers are verified and experienced in the type of job they accept.
2. SHIFT SIGN UPS AND QUOTES
Once you've posted a Shift, Taskers can sign up to your Shifts in real time. Most shifts are filled same day or as quick as a few minutes after posting. Taskers may sometimes negotiate service requirements, start time and payment rate of your Shift.
3. SHIFT EXTENSIONS
If you need a Tasker's help for a longer time than originally planned, you can discuss with the Tasker. Once agreed, shift extensions can be easily done and paid through the app.
4. FAVOURITES & BLACKLIST
You can add Taskers to your favourites or blacklist. Taskers added to your favourites list will gain advance access to all the Shifts you post. You can also offer them a custom hourly rate for your Shifts. The blacklist feature allows you to block or prevent Taskers from viewing or accepting your Shifts.
5. PAYMENT & INVOICING
All payments for Shifts are made securely through the app. We use a third-party payment service provider called Stripe which handles all credit card transactions on our behalf. We do not store your credit card information. You will receive an invoice and a credit summary after each Shift.
6. 7-DAYS A WEEK SUPPORT: PHONE, SMS, MESSAGING & EMAIL
We provide ongoing support 7 days a week through email, text messaging, phone and in-app messaging.
KEY FEATURES FOR TASKERS:
Taskers are independent contractors who offer their professional services to local businesses in their areas by accepting Shifts posted by these businesses. There are Shifts for various types of works (not just delivery).
1. EARN MONEY DOING ON-DEMAND HOURLY-PAID SHIFT WORK
Receive real time notifications of on-demand hourly-paid Shift work posted by local businesses in your area. There are various types of Shifts available (e.g. restaurant delivery, kitchen helpers, dish washers and more). Hourly payment rate for each Shift is different and varies based on negotiation and budget of the business who posted the Shifts.
2. NEGOTIABLE RATES & SHIFT REQUIREMENTS
Know how much you can earn before you commit your time. Negotiate hourly rates, start times and services required for a Shift. For delivery Shifts, you can also negotiate petrol and delivery fees in addition to the hourly rates.
3. INSTANT PAYMENTS
Payments are made via the app immediately after you complete the Shifts successfully.
4. OVERTIME PAYMENTS
Easily extend your Shift with the app if you need to work extra time for your Shift.
5. IN-APP TRAINING
Learn how to use the app through a series of short interactive in-app training modules.
6. TASKER SUPPORT 7-DAYS A WEEK
Receive support via phone, email, sms and in-app messaging 7-days a week and during your Shift hours.
