You can see an Australian doctor “on demand” or at a time that suits you for general healthcare, new, and repeat prescriptions, medical certificates, and referrals for specialists, radiology and pathology.
Following your doctor’s appointment, you can opt to receive an electronic prescription via eScript or a physical script faxed to your local pharmacy from our online doctors.

Buggy application and Doctors cancelling appointments
I do not recommend this application. I have tried both the application and the website. I had an appointment made with more than 8 hours of notice who was acknowledged and accepted.
I received a text later on asking if I wanted to reschedule or if I wanted to go ahead with the original appointment just ignore which I did. Then at 3:45 I was getting ready for my call and it seemed like my application was cancelled by Dr Ooi saying “I cannot make that time” then I tried to reschedule with the first available doctor and I kept getting an error message. I contacted the customer support which I spoke to 3 different agents that just closed the chats due to “inactivity” without helping me at all. Really bad first experience 👎.
Do not use
Do not go through these people for a doctors appointment! They make you pay prior to the appointment, Cost me $62 and the doctor never showed. No one is replying back to any of my emails in regard to a refund
