I normally order through the app however I have been experiencing issues with trying to order the nee mini sized pizzas.
If you select the mini size it shows up as a voucher however it doesn’t allow you to select flavours of the pizza. If you try to go to pizzas and select the flavours you want by the normal process it automatically assigns them to large size and doesn’t allow you to change the sizes. If you select them as per normal and then go to checkout you will see the pizzas as large and the mini voucher loaded. Can you fix this please as I have to go into stores to place my order which means I have to wait in my car for the pizza to be cooked rather then ordering in advance and picking up when ready.

In general, the user experience is okay, and in the end, I get the pizza that I want.

However, the app still is quite buggy, often deletes the information I provide, and sometimes does not synchronise with the account I’ve created, and so I have to input my details all over again just to get an order.

Also, I’ve noticed that it will shift your order around if you have multiple vouchers and deals, in ways that I would not want it to. For example, if I have a free pizza voucher and I mix it with a buy three get three free sides deal, it will usually mix the pizzas around so I end up paying upgrade prices on the premium ones while the free ones get no additional charges. Either this is deliberate or a bug. In either case, this is unpleasant, and I’ve sometimes left the cart empty as a result for something else.

I love the convenience of ordering on the app! It’s relatively straight forward and I like being able to track the driver. My only disappointment is with the new update as it has removed the option to repeat a previous order. When you have multiple pizzas, with alterations, and you always order the same thing - it is a little frustrating to go back through and reselect everything again. The the previous version had the option to just ‘get what I got last time’.
Maybe other people are more adventurous that I am, here in my comfort zone, but I miss that old feature.
