I was pleasantly surprised to get 13cpl off my last fuel purchase … by combining my 5cpl discount with my 4cpl Woolies discount and 4cpl in-store discount. All these discounts are welcome when you are watching every dollar.

I only installed and tried to use this app to get pay-at-pump, handy especially when it’s raining.

Have now deleted the app after 3 or 4 usages. After the last attempt I got an email receipt saying
You could have collected at least
58 points
which was a nasty surprise because I thought I had received that benefit plus more.

Looking into this I discovered that nothing was recorded in my Everyday Rewards activity. I had missed out on the the 4c/litre docket discount, and will not get a rewards booster benefit that I was expecting.

I recall missing out on the docket discount on a previous occasion, without understanding why.

Yesterday all I did was enter the pump number, my payment card got charged but no Everyday Rewards benefits. If there were other things that I was supposed to do on my phone during the pump transaction, I didn’t notice them.

So I’ve concluded the UI is not solid enough, and have deleted the app and will pay at the cashier in future.

Really sorry to see this, please can you see if you have linked your everyday rewards card in the APP? You can easily do this by going to the rewards section of the app.
