Flybuys 12+

I find Flybuys to be a good value for money programme. By the end of each year I have enough points to pay for most of our Christmas lunch. I don’t know of another scheme where this is as readily achievable. I think Coles’ deals are fair, I have always been happy shopping at Coles and I find its staff very courteous and helpful. Coles’ Flybuys programme takes on extra significance in the current period of high grocery prices, but here, too, Coles has come to the aid of customers by reducing the price on many items until next year. A great Aussie icon and one my friends from overseas also love shopping at when they come to visit. Thank you, Coles! 😊

I like the concept of saving money but Woolworths rewards are way better I don’t need my physical card to access my money which is utterly ridiculous and frustrating that you need it with fly buys I also have my flybuys connected to my catch account and recently got a flybuys offer to get 2000 points for 1 shop so long as I shopped at somewhere like Catch, Coles, Bunnings etc I have bought a bottle of milk at Coles also and neither of my shops have triggered my offer and no points through shopping with Catch? When I went to speak with someone and was trying to find the details of my shop through catch (this is me talking to people about my flybuys points)I explained I was trying to upload things and was told off when I couldn’t immediately find the copy of full receipt and everything just booted me out of the apps! Now I need to either find my physical card or wait until it comes in the mail and 7days plus to wait for a card really? My Mum use to work for coles Myer and flybuys have been around as long as I remember why can they not keep up!

Giving customers the option to fill out surveys and earn hundreds of points per survey is a brilliant way to bring in new customers and spark loyalty with existing customers. A single survey can give you hundreds of points if you are deemed compatable. It started of well I enjoyed the surveys and the extra points really helped this single mum get the essentials when I otherwise couldn’t afford too. but after a month or so I rarely get a survey offered that either accepts me, doesn’t work due to error, has reached its quota or that apparently I’ve already completed. Yet all these surveys were offered on my personal feed they have my profile and if I’m lucky I’ll get one or two successful ones out of 5 or more offered. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong or they make it easier at the beginning to get customers excited.
