App needs to be updated
Freezes regularly whenever you open it. Need to wait quite some time before it works. Someone please update it.
Glitchy and pointless
I downloaded the app to upgrade my seat for an upcoming flight. The app glitches when I try to check out, and advises that I call the airline to complete the purchase.
So buggy it’s useless
- No credit cards worked to pay for seat selection across three banks and four types of cards.
- Left me partially checked in so I couldn’t even use the machines at the airport.
Vinaka, I think not.
