So poor

1. Profile set up pulls data from my indeed.com account even though I applied with Hudson through flexhive portal. I never gave it permission to use my data from indeed.com. And what happened to the profile data I entered on the portal?
2. My profile contains a different resume from the one I used when I applied through flexhive portal. Wouldn’t allow me to remove CV and replace with correct cv. Just keep getting error message
3. Chatbot in help was absolutely useless, wasted an hour of my time. Took forever to get help from support. Support said they’d fix the Resume issue. Next day still same issue.
4. Looking up available jobs - the view keeps crashing and need to refresh.
App just adds to the miserably frustrating candidate experience of impersonal AI interviews, no one to contact for help. All in the age of a worker shortage, it’s quite dystopian

We were having our support team manually load the resumes on candidates behalf whilst it was resolved, but perhaps you weren't seeing that update in your profile whilst the bug was there, our apologies. Won’t accept my phone number

I tried to put in my country code but it still says must use international format but I do! Country code is 61!
