Not a good app

Have opened this app on my phone so many time will not let me put my email address in saying no such email address exist yet they send me messages from Jemma
could not put my mobile number in because had two many numbers just wiped out the app and see what happens
now i want to send my review through and wont let me do that because haven’t rated it
why would i rate it

Simple!

Was hesitant from seeing all the poor reviews but gave it a shot. Simple registration. Submitting the read took seconds with a photo. Much better than having a random into our apartment!

Another unnecessary app to keep updating

Alas, Jemena has removed the ability to submit a gas reading on their website, so i now need to download and sustain another app on my phone solely for a basic task I need to perform no more than four times a year.

And now having registered on my PC - and logged in there fine - the app doesn’t recognise my email address, so I’m snookered.

Thanks for your feedback. The website had to be replaced with a mobile app to further enhance the customer experience. You still can send us your reads by sending a picture of your meter and including your MIRN to gasmetermatesupport@jemena.com.au. Also, please include any issues you’ve been having with the app in the email.
