- Pay new and existing Third-Party accounts within Australia
- Pay new and existing BPAY® billers

- Make real-time payments to a PayID or BSB and account number with Osko®

- Initiate and authorise payments on ‘many-to-sign’ accounts
- Manage your scheduled payments
- Download your statements (with the option to share via email, SMS, etc)

It’s ok

It’s an ok banking app and does what it says, however it could be improved by adding notification features for the iPhone so instead of getting emails, you will get a notification alert when your account has money coming in or out, like other banking apps.

Positives of this App.

I love the Greater Bank App because it is so easy to read and understand. I like that in your transactions how it shows where you made a transaction ie Storename or Traders title. Every transaction is itemised in detail. I have seen other Banking institutions apps that are no where near as detailed.
I have been with the Greater Bank for about 10 years and it’s by far the best in the banking industry. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Nothing is to much trouble for their customers and supporters.

Notifications

I like how i get a message notifying me when money is deposited into my account although i would also like being notified when money is or trying to be taken out. I’ve had people take money out of my account without permission & you have done nothing to help me get my money back when you haven’t done enough to protect my money from being stolen in the 1st place & then tell me it’s my fault & my problem to sort out. It’s ridiculous you charge people to look after & keep their money yet you can’t even do that.
