Frankly easier to use Uber Eats. Some serious improvements needed: 1. After ordering the app needs to take you to an order confirmed page rather than sit on the same submit page; runs the risk of submitting the same order twice, which happened to me once; 2. Should prevent you from going through the entire ordering process for a delivery (which you choose as an option at the start) and then tell you at the end that this is not an option for your chosen delivery provider (because then you have to go through the whole process again with a different provider).

The other night I was dining in the restaurant and was up to a free drink. I stood there for a while trying to open the app but it just kept loading every time I tried to no avail. I ended giving up after about 10 minutes of standing at the counter continually being disappointed each time I tried and never ended up getting my free drink. The other disappointing thing is that the staff are unable to access and look up your reward details on their system, you’d kinda think it would all be linked so they could. And.... the time limit on collecting your next reward is a bummer. Why doesn’t it stay open until your next visit rather than giving you a couple of weeks (I can’t remember the exact amount of time off the top of my head). Perhaps a review of your loyalty system is in order from reading other reviews as well. A shame as your burgers are delicious

The app has been so glitchy for years, same with the “rewards” system. Was at uni for years when they had the “students get a drink free Monday -Wednesday” deal, never once was able to cash that in. Went as far as to email the feedback line and have a bit of communication with them about it but nothing happened.

Couple years later I go back to trying to use it, fully updated app, brand new iPhone 14 pro, and I can’t even open the app without it instantly crashing 😂😂

I give up on trying to use it for anything. Also, off topic, but they changed the formula for the sweet chilli mayo and it tastes like vinegar. I used to go to Grilld specifically and only for that sweet chilli mayo but now it’s gone I’ll go to grilled once every 6 months, before it was more like once a fortnight.
