Terrible app. Clearly uniden needs get the app developed by a developer and not in house. Can’t view back recordings or notifications takes forever to load to 100 percent and then just says failed yet my internet connection is fine and everything else is fine. Deleted app and downloaded again and nothing. Limited control settings in app and all buttons go off screen and out of proportion. Uniden is happy to take your money for the price of the cameras but as soon as it comes to updating there app and fixing the issues which enables you to use the cameras which they are designed for they are nowhere to be seen. Uniden needs to fix what they have sold to people and update the app so it functions as detailed on the box when purchasing system

Never ending issues with playback! Takes forever to load to 100% then says failed! Have contacted guardian many times over the last 2 years and still same old issue! Whats the point of the app when it’s unusable! Has this app been hacked tried to send a email via the support link in the app and it comes up with a weird address and says hello from sunny California like what is that about? No wonder this dont work its a joke!

iOS app looks like it’s been made in the 90s by some kids in their parent’s garage. Completely useless for monitoring away from home as the cameras constantly display offline despite being fully connected. Uniden techs on the phone just apologise and tell you to reset the cameras (manually at the hub) and log back in as their has never been an actual solution to the issue. Please for Christ’s sake don’t buy anything from Uniden that uses this app.
