The cameras are good value for money, the nor itself is pretty basic. There is no way to upgrade, that I can find.The Mac app is unbelievably bad and the iPad app is only just usable with difficulty. You cannot just click on an event and watch, you have to go through an inordinate amount of clicks to get even close. There have been no upgrades to either of the apps, or the camera firmware in the 2 years or so I have had the system. Too many NVR crashes and signal outages. Resetting the nvr at 3am after you have been woken by sounds outside is not really ideal!

Just want to say that once me and my partner whom aren’t very tech savvy got the barcode to successfully scan and link it to our phones via the app, we have been 100% satisfied and do recommend to those who want peace of mind when it comes to keeping loved ones safe. We’ve never bothered with alerts as our neighbours are helpful with that so we don’t know what it’s like to be constantly alerted to movement but we can go back over our camera recordings and view what’s been going on overnight and throughout the day. For us it’s more a deterrent than anything.

Disappointed. Every time I get a notification I click on it and it says no image available. Go to the individual camera feed and the notification isn’t even in the daily ‘hot spots’ in the feed. Scroll to the time feed of said notification and watch at that time period and nothing seems to be happening. Things that are in those hot spots aren’t in the notifications. No idea which ends of the spectrum of sensitivity are more or less sensitive to fine tune notifications and the manual is not helpful in this regard. Overall the system is useful if I want to review footage but not useful if I want to be notified about things happening at my property when not there. The app can use a lot more finess to be useful.

I got Concord app over two years , in the beginning everything worked fine but recently my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite reinstalling the app, I encountered persistent issues with it not loading on my phone. Additionally, one of the key features I was looking forward to, the ability to check my camera while away from home, simply did not work. Instead, the app remained stuck in a perpetual state of searching without any resolution in sight. Overall, I'm deeply disappointed with the functionality and performance of the Concord app, and I would not recommend it to others until these issues are addressed.
