The app is ridiculous. Constantly having issues with notifications not appearing in the app for playback or push notifications on my phone. Then spend hours troubleshooting and wasting time with the Support Team who always think it’s the customer not using the product properly. Update the app... If you need Security Cameras and that’s important to you...then I suggest anyone considering purchasing not to waste their money. Too unreliable.

I have spent an inordinate amount of my day attempting to set this camera up using my iPhone/iPad. It appears to be linked to the wifi but I can’t see it on the software. The app tells me, incorrectly, that there is no SIM card installed.When so much of what we have is wifi connected this should not be impossible. I suggest you shop around for a more reliable, easy to use product

Purchased to keep an eye on my dog during the work day.Was fairly easy to set up, took a few tries to sync with my phone/wifi but got there in the end. Whilst trying to get a good camera angle the wifi kept dropping in and out, forcing me to restart the camera but once that was screwed in place i have had no issues with signal or dropping out. Video quality is good for what it’s worth!

It took hours to set up connections with app to get cameras to function. The moment we’d left on holiday they went offline. The one camera that does work constantly goes back into “at home” mode. Furious! The supplier doesn’t even know how the cameras work. This is s hoax junk product so don’t waste your money
