Useless App

Bought Dashcam and downloaded the app, tried multiple times to get app to connect to my dash cam, but won’t! Just keep telling me to go to wifi settings on phone to connect it. BUT my phone says it is connected via wifi 😡 Utterly USELESS APP won’t actually connect and let me into the dash cam. Glad I didn’t have to pay for the app or I’d be spewing 😡. No worth even a star, as app won’t connect my phone to Dashcam.

App has started crashing

Hi, love the concept of managing my Dashcam on my phone and finally got some footage to download today and the app keeps crashing. Tried to contact app support and got taken to a website that didn’t feature this product. Hoping by posting here I can get some help.
