Description
My RCH Portal app gives RCH patients and families easy access to the information they need to manage their healthcare.
It connects you directly with information in your RCH medical record, when and where you need it. You can use it to:
• View your personal medical information
• Manage your appointments
• Read your doctors’ notes
• Get test results
• Ask for a repeat prescription.
• Upload health, vitals, and fitness data via integration with Apple's Health app

App Update issues need fixing
I also can’t log in as it says I need to update app, then you go to update and there is nothing new to update...fix this immediately as I need to check appointments etc for my family
Cant log in!
Can’t log in, as every time I try, I keep getting a message saying the app needs to update in order to log in. I press the button to go to App Store for update and it shows a cannot connect message. When I try access it via the actual App Store button and search for it in my updates there is nothing! I have deleted and re downloaded multiple times, using different devices as well. If there is an update coming don’t lock users out! It is an important service!
Can’t log in
At discharge nursing staff said “all future communications will be through the My RCH Portal.” What she should have added is “...which won’t let you log in.” In an anxious time after a recent discharge, I’m getting emails telling me there’s updates about our case, but I can’t log in to read them. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Tried logging out and logging back in. App does not work.
