Clear descriptions, honest shipping times.

I have a pet peeve with other online shopping apps constantly letting you down with shipping timeframes and then seemingly having their head office located within the Earth’s core when you want to find out what’s going on. Nike usually has pretty long shipping time guidelines compared to others but I find the honesty refreshing. I can’t be mad if it takes 5 weeks to arrive when they told me 6 before I gave them my money.

Worst shopping app I have ever tried. Do not recommend

I will never use it again. It is the most non-user friendly app I have ever tried.I am a frequent online shopper and I use multiple online shopping apps. This one is the worst and the most inconvenient one.This app is just shocking especially considering that it belongs to such a great brand… I would have never expected this from Nike - a brand which is normally associated with high technology and modern approach etc.Please, text your app for user -friendly features and it would be great to redesign it.I would rather buy Nike from other retailers than from this app again.You do not have any relevant messages regarding your orders or return, your inbox only gets promotions and not what you are looking for.It is also difficult to find things in this app.It is crashing and does not work well, which even gives an expression that it is not an official Nike app and all the purchase process looks dodgy.

This is app is good for window shopping and placing an order but absolute rubbish for sold out stock, some order tracking, and leaving product reviews. I can still see stock available on an item I had had cancelled months ago because apparently it isn’t in stock. Also had a global shipment completely lost and it’s still saying it’s being cleared by customs. Lastly, you can’t leave product reviews on the app. When I tried on their classic site, I kept getting error messages. All up, this app completely frustrates me.

You deserve the best of Nike and Jordan - that includes the occasional update to keep things running smoothly. Most recent updates include improved experience shopping with inspirational storytelling, product & athlete highlights, and personalisation.
