Can you tell me how to few my pay slips??It appears this function is not available unless you’re near a sign on beacon?! This is quite inconvenient to casual staff who are not always on regular shifts.
You sure this is designed for Australian payroll, with Enterprise Agreements in place?

User here. Well my company have been using Definitiv for a couple of years now, after what seemed to be some amazing marketing thrown at them. Our previous payroll program was working very well but that’s bureaucracy for you. It is awful from a user standpoint. No flexibility if there are flexible hours for entering of timesheets. Will literally get overpaid or underpaid. Payslips are really poor and don’t show important tax information, such as; how much of tax deducted is standard income tax, how much is HELP loan, etc. Just really poor. It’s so hated where I work and the issues are so common and rife that we aren’t allowed to contact payroll direct, we need to go via our Line Managers. Essentially it has created more work for everyone involved and way too many headaches.

When you submit your timesheet the add equipment should stay there . You use the equipment on the first job and again on the next and so on you have to keep adding the items every job you should be able to keep those items you may have 6 jobs on the day at different times and same equipment you may have 5 items of equipment to add each time
Time clock server request timeout

App is very glitchy. I have had nothing but trouble when trying to use the time clock with constant server timeout requests. I have deleted the app and reinstalled multiple times. My company emailed Definitiv and their response was much the same, delete the app and reinstall. I have done this again and fail to get further support.Nevertheless, it doesn’t work reliably. Very poor app, very poor support and it is a PITA to use.
