Decent and Practical

I got a pacemaker a few months ago and the hospital helped me set up the app. Never had any technical or communication issues.It does not drain battery despite being on constantly in the background. My phone’s battery has not dipped below 80% even when I’m out all day - even though my phone is several years old. This app means I don’t need a separate device on my bedside table every night which also means one less thing to remember when travelling. My one disappointment is that the recorded data is not available for the user to see.

Useless for the user

Honestly R
No access to data gathered by the device for the user to view. The app has to remain on in the background and drains the battery in no time (even with Bluetooth on) Power Bank required when going for a good walk. Apple I watch 9 is far superior to this device.

Problems in remote areas

I live in a remote area and our phone signal is a bit poor at the best of times it’s only if i go into town that I get a reasonable signal but I constantly get notifications that I am offline. We don’t own a computer and have to rely on our phones. But Carelink doesn’t have a phone number to call and talk to anyone about the issue, so I will be deleting the app as it doesn’t seem to serve the needs for remote areas.

Contact to call centre is terrible

Great app for sending heart data apparently. But for patient to connect to the centre relies on a callback which leaves me on hold for too long. Needs a callback option or even a simple send and receive message like my pharmacy app has.
