Where else do you get a response from a company regarding payment for an order 4 o’clock Thursday afternoon just before Easter. Usually no where. I sent an email not expecting a response until Tuesday but I got an email about how I could sort my order - so grateful. I mean they did try to call -twice - before but my phone had died so email was sent. I really do not worry anymore if I have a problem with my order because I know that budget staff will sort it as soon as possible so thanks everybody that works at budget. You are a great lot of people and I am very grateful to you all & so is my Charlie because he will be able to eat again next week 😂😂 Happy Easter everyone. 👍👍👍 Regards Lesley
Auto Delivery. Kitty litter.

Love the litter, really the best.. The only complaint is the time it takes to arrive at my house. I have another delivery from Pet Circle that arrives within 2 or 3 days which is delivered by Australia Post. Fastway used to be amazing but have well and truly gone downhill. Maybe looking into the time it takes your products to be delivered may help. I’m sure I can’t be the only person who is complaining. Thank you for opportunity to air my only complaint.Carmel Harriss

Fair trading
Never respond to emails. Reno full of my own my credit card had to be cancelled and a new one issued. I contacted Paypal who advised me that they had contacted you directly while also encouraging me to contact you to enable an order to go. I have written to you on several occasions and never received the response and this was no difference and I did not hold out much hope Given I’ve been a customer for some time and you provide an opportunity to contact you directly. One would hope that this would occur but of course it did not resulting in my order being cancelled and me having to purchase food from another retailer. Provider service the enables customers to contact you if you completely ignore their communication from that and other from that of them other retailers.
Convenient and value

It’s fantastic to be able to buy pet products especially bulky items and get them auto shipped directly to your door. Budget Pet products are buy far the cheapest and most convenient way of ordering and buying for my pets. The Auto ship allows me to not have to run out of food instead prompting when it’s going to be delivered.
