We are listening to Patient and Clinic Feedback, and we’ve made some changes and improvements which are essential to improve your experience when using the app. Stay tuned for an updated User Interface later this year. Network validation and recovery enhancements have been implemented to improve the detection and recovery following a mobile data and/or Wi-Fi outage. The embedded interface for TeleHealth Video calls has been updated to provide better quality and additional features. This includes improved patient feedback and informational messages. Please note that, depending on your hardware, you may have to re-register with your clinic to access the app. The services, appointments, and times available on the app are those that your clinic has approved to make available online. If your appointment type is not visible, please contact your clinic directly during business hours to book.

You can now add family members to your profile and manage their appointments from the app too. Add up to 9 additional members by selecting Manage Family Members and completing a quick once-off registration. Once you have multiple members registered you can simply select which member to view from the home screen Telehealth Appointments has been added to the app, providing a convenient platform to connect you and your practitioner for video consults. Speak to your clinic about the availability of Telehealth appointments. You do not need to log out to close the app, simply swipe it closed and retain all your information for subsequent visits.
