This is a great app, I don’t consider myself tech savvy and wouldn’t know a widget from a gadget but willing to learn. I started a form last night and it’s up and running this morning.Nice that it’s a live document so you can make changes and edit as you come across issues. Or learn how to use the app. The biggest problem for me so far was I changed the colour of the text boxes to a different colour from the form format I had chosen to use.I had used a format that had white text but changed the colour of the text box to white then spent ages trying to work out why clients couldn’t fill in the boxes. This I resolved by using a search engine to ask about the problem. There’s a heap of information there - I haven’t worked out how to ask for help in the app yet but I’ve only had it installed for a day. If I can use this app anyone can use it

The recent Google decision to get rid of their “Get a Quote“ button within Google Your Business had me pulling my hair out looking for an alternative. Then I discovered Jotforms. I created my own “Get a Quote” form, added it to my website and the quote requests soon started rolling in again. Thank you Jotforms.

Great platform, but not good on ipad

Jotform as a tool is very good for both clients and me as a tattoo artist. Free version has minimal storage, and once you hit max capacity, it doesn’t allow any new submissions and causes an error (which made me loose a few clients until realising this).I now pay the top subscription and use it multiple times a day, plus always update to newest version when available. Unfortunately the app is pretty flaky on the ipad. I have a 2025 ipad pro and the app is poorly adapted to it. It always glitches and lags, especially when opening and browsing uploaded photos and using the search tool to filter through submissions. Would love to see some major changes as it is super inconvenient when trying to work efficiently.

The most frustrating app I’ve ever had to deal with, bar none.Problems include enormous battery drain, “Low memory, please save your work” on an iPhone 16 Pro Max, despite it having plenty of performance to run every other app, reloading itself when I switch back to it after taking a photo (so I’ve lost the draft form), unable to upload some photos (too large), if a photo upload fails it cannot be removed until I upload another photo successfully, offline form data being LOST on sync, etc etc.The developers should get out of the office and put the app through its paces, then once they’ve smashed their phone out of pure frustration, they will understand.
