I purchased my Advance Elite HAs from Specsavers recently and this is the app that controls them on my iPhone 12 Pro. While it is fairly basic it frankly does what it is programmed for reliably. Working with my audiologist he has reprogrammed a couple of the custom programs to my requirements. For example, I wanted some more bass and less treble in the “Listening to Music” program. And some more very low frequency (LFE) volume for “Television” to get more of the sub woofer without raising the level of the sub itself. While having the ability to alter EQ myself would be nice, to be honest the balance control does help a little and probably enough for all but finicky folk like me. Finally, the direction feature works really well when the Automatic program just doesn’t quite get it right. Thumbs up from me with just a mark off for being basic.

I like the app except for one thing. I like to have the tinnitus setting on and adjust the volume to suit me. I have to go through this each time I put my hearing aids in. A default button would be great to save this initial setup rather than going through this setup each time.
Basic App which requires App reinstalling to restore functionality

I have Specsavers Elite 680 RIC Li T hearing aids and the App has been running fine for 5 months until it lost functionality with the Bluetooth connection. The Bluetooth indicator in the App was flashing and although the sound check for each hearing aid worked, Bluetooth could not be connected by turning off and off the hearing aids. The only way I could fix the problem was to delete the App and reinstalling it.It is interesting on reinstalling the App there is a more detailed procedure for connecting Bluetooth.
Terrible doesn't stay connected

Atrocious app, doesn't even work?? I wear one hearing aid but bought a pair for certain setting where it would be helpful to have the full functionality but it won't let me connect via Bluetooth with only one and I can't connect manually either. My audiologist helps me connect it in the appointments but it doesn't even stay connected so it's completely useless and I can only change the volume on the actual device. Really disappointing.
• Platform improvements for better performance and future compatibility.
• Bug fixes and stability improvements.
