It would be better if you were able to view past timesheets, filter notifications by location distances from home and for the system to identify when someone has already reviewed available shifts so that additional notifications/texts aren’t received for the vacant shifts. There also constantly seems to be a notification symbol on the app despite having already clicked into the app with no new updates - this makes the use of the notifications pointless.

There have been some improvements. It now allows the worker to fill in a change of time on the timesheet if that shift has finished earlier, however this alteration doesn’t feature immediately so the timesheet stubbornly keeps the original booked finish time (running across the top).This means the in charge nurse doesn’t want to sign the timesheet as it doesn’t show the corrected time on the app.
SuperReady – This feature supports Payday Super requirements and Australian Taxation Office obligations, enabling members to view, add, and update their TFN declaration and superannuation fund details directly within the app.
