Unavailability

Please update the unavailability feature to include a reoccurring option. For example, I’m not available on a Tuesday between 1100 and 1400 every week- at the moment I need to manually add every week in and this is very time consuming.

You can use the onboarding portal or tell the office to set this in your profile as this should be a one-off setting, not a kind of leave like annual leave or sick leave.

Useless functions

It feels like there is a lot of stuff on the app that isn’t user friendly and also not useful to me at all. One example is declining shifts. I should be able to decline multiple shifts instead of declining one at a time. Or decline all at once. When I’m completing a shift there is a lot of options to put in information but I’m not supposed to put anything in those options (unless a shift variation) so why are they even there? Seems to just cause more confusion instead of streamlining. 🤷🏿‍♂️

How do you reset your password!

I have tried so many times to try and find a reset password button and there is just nothing on the app and nothing on the website! This is a huge issue I hope someone is able to update this and add a reset password button on the app and website?
