Disclaimer: This review is more for the service and not the app as such.I wish I could give more than 5-stars, perhaps 10 out of 5! I suddenly had a bout of very severe itching and I couldn’t understand what happened as I had never experienced it before. The itching was so severe that I couldn’t sleep all night. It was about 4am when I decided enough was enough and I really had to see a doctor at all costs. As things are in Sydney, I couldn't find any available GP appointments in my vicinity until the next day. But I needed a quick fix as soon! A long term treatment plan was second priority.I found out about Hola Heath through a quick Google search and got an appointment within minutes! I spoke to Dr Caroline who was patient and thorough in asking about what I was experiencing, told me how to apply medication and provided me with the next steps for long term treatment as well. I received a prescription immediately after the call, and was able to get the medication by 6am when the local pharmacy opened. I kid you not — immediate relief after applying the medication, after a night of agony! The cost of the booking an appointment, the convenience of being at home, and the efficiency of a quick remedy that Hola Health provided cannot be matched. Huge thanks also to Dr Caroline for her professionalism, understanding, and quick action!

A doctor has face timed me within 10 minutes each time I have used this service. Listen to my conditions or illness at the time and prescribed as required. One of the appointments I was not even charged as it was considered after hours. I will still go visit my regular GP for stuff I need to. But for something I don’t need regular treatment or follow up for. This app has blown me away. Very happy with the service it provides. I very much hope it stays this way and dosent go like other apps where once everyone is on bored things go up! It has been very beneficial the few times I needed to talk to a doctor

I highly recommend Hola Health, it’s the easiest way to get a medical certificate for work or school/university. It’s hassle free and only takes a few minutes to fill out the questionnaire and the doctors are extremely quick!

One of the worst Telehealth ever. A 15 mins wait advertised became 1 hr and there is no information at all how long should I wait, meaning you can only wait in front of your device and do nothing until they reach out to you. A 8 mins scheduled call took only about 1 min. And there is another wait….for your script where there is no information at all as well. Where is my script? Is it pending or just not prescribed at all? I rather they told me there is a 1 hr waiting time and 3 hrs more waiting time for getting script…. they don’t explain truly on their ad overestimates their abilities or overtaking patients that beyond their capacity….
