Yogi Bryan is the best

Bryan’s sound scape is surreal and his voice is so soothing. With every word your body and mind fall further under his spell. I used his meditations to ease anxiety through Covid, through pregnancy, and through stressful times, and now consistent for the pleasure of connecting to my truest self. My whole self. Thank you thank you thank you, Yogi Bryan!!

Amazing but not log enough

Even though I’m a massive fan, I’m going to start with the negative first in hopes they will improve on it, because if they do it will help a lot of people! Whenever you open the apple app, it’s a bright white light which is not the best when it comes to trying to fall asleep. A lot of people require a lot of time to switch their brains off especially if they have neuro divergence so 20 minute sleeps may not be enough – there are a lot of people that may require overnight or atleast an hour of actual talking.I find Brian‘s voice very soothing and I can fall asleep to him but I need more time! I’ve got a lot of friends that are exactly the same.Basically, this is feedback to the creators and Bryan himself. Stop making it so white and also allowing more than a couple options for a longer play time.

Thank you for the honest feedback. Totally hear you on the screen brightness—there’s a dark mode option in settings to keep things chill at night. And when it comes to long meditations, there are plenty over 60 minutes—some even stretch to nearly 3 hours. Appreciate you being part of the journey and spreading the calm.
