* List out your to-dos while on-the-go: Instantly capture tasks, ideas, and notes right from your phone into a Trello card—add due dates, comments, checklists, descriptions, files, and more. Save messages from popular work apps like Slack or Microsoft Teams, snap a photo, and forward emails to Trello. AI can also help summarize your saved to-dos into a Trello card so that nothing slips through the cracks.
* Centralize your work: Everything captured lands as a card in your Trello Inbox, making it easy to review, prioritize, and organize your work across boards. See your scheduled day in Trello Planner, synced with your Google or Outlook calendars. Standard and Premium users can also enable Planner to schedule focus time in completing saved to-dos.
* Create beautiful, flexible boards: Organize your captured cards into customizable kanban boards and lists, tailored to your workflow. Trello’s tactile and visual mobile interface, featuring drag-and-drop gestures and smooth transitions between boards, offers a natural way to plan your work on a mobile device.
* Seamlessly integrate with Apple: Add tasks from Siri, share content into Trello through the iOS share sheet, and enjoy a polished experience across iPhone, iPad, and web. Capture and complete tasks right from your home screen widget—add new to-dos, see what’s next, and mark tasks done, all without having to open the app so that nothing slips through the cracks.
* Easily see your entire schedule: With Trello’s Planner enabled with your Google or Outlook calendar, you can see what you have scheduled for your day (and set aside focus time on what you’ve captured in Trello cards to get done later).
* Get reminders that work for you: Set up push notifications to get timely alerts for the updates you care about—like due dates, changes, or when you mark tasks as done.
* Work offline: Capture ideas and update boards even without internet—your changes sync automatically when you’re back online.

Trello has completely changed how I organize my thoughts and tasks. The boards and cards are super intuitive I can quickly dump ideas, to-dos, and notes, then drag them around as plans change. Everything is visual, easy to find, and instantly accessible on my phone or computer. No more losing brilliant ideas in random notes or my head. It’s like a personal command center that finally makes sense. The free version is plenty for personal use, and it’s dead simple to get started. If you’re always juggling thoughts but struggle to keep them in one place, Trello is the tool you’ve been missing. Highly recommend game-changer! 🚀

Trello is a very good app for maintaining your small business but here are some ways to make it better: 1. Video call. I would love a video call in Trello so you can schedule video meetings with your company. If you manage to make it a thing restrictions on video calls would be ideal. But it’s fine if don’t want to have restrictions! 2. Instead of the lists being rowed a grid-type scale would be awesome! 3. With the email to board settings, it would be Cool if you could change the email a little bit like have your company’s name in it. But I thought it would just be cool so you don’t have! 4. This one is not about adding something but fixing something. For some reason, I can’t make people admins. I wonder if I’ve put a setting on or something else so please please, please fix this or tell me how to fix it. I hope the developers of the app understand and if you can do it do it! But if it’s too hard I would love to hear the reason why! And because of Trello, there is now a new business growing and growing thanks to you! Trello you are the best!

Exactly what I’d been looking for
Trello fellow
I was seeking a cheap yet effective tool for managing the production flow of our company. Both something that would be computer based and inter-office was a requirement. I knew what I wanted it to do, just didn’t know what it could be called. Then I stumbled across Trello. It answered every requirement I had, and then some. It has made a huge difference to how we work, reduced human error significantly, and saved us a lot of time. It is also very logical and simple to us. When I find something this amazing, I always want to evangelise and spread the word (which funnily enough is something I appear to be doing again right now!). I’ve lost track of how many people I’ve recommended this software to...Thank you for filling this need and making this incredible software.
The Missing Link!! :)

I was looking for a system that would allow me to see the big picture and help me break it down to execute and Trello was the answer. It’s taken me a while to organise it, learn how to use it, develop the necessary habits, and set it up but I’m getting there. You want 1 collection hub to organise your life, Trello makes this possible. The best part that blew my mind was the ability to link Outlook with a board so I can send emails, link voicemails to a board so I don’t forget to return calls - absolute game changer. Flexible and easy, highly recommend spending some time getting to know the platform as you’ll be a raving convert once you have the hang of it :)
Bye bye bugs! We’ve fixed up a few things for better flow so you can keep on being productive (and awesome).
