The MYBOS resident app is real easy to use.I find it simple and reliable to communicate with the building manager. I have a couple of investment properties and they are using Mybos. It’s made life a little easier.

The “new” myPos app not only didn’t fix issues but added many new ones. Login is slow and no progress indication. Ordering of requests is done by a beginner/child. No quality control whatsoever. There are so many embarrassing problems yet this abomination has been released whole year ago and none of issues fixed.
