I have had nothing but good experiences with Abby health. I have quite complex health needs and have quite a few doctors and nurses that I see regularly. Some work in private clinics and I can get to see them relatively easily if needed, but some of my specialists work in public outpatient services at a hospital in my city and only have clinic hours one day a week or fortnight, so getting to see them for something simple but urgent is usually not possible. This is where Abby Health has been a lifesaver a number of times!I’ve used them a few times when I’ve forgotten to get a new script from one of my normal doctors and my medications run out and there’s a delay in being able to see my treating doctor again. They go through some medical questions and if it’s all good just SMS the e-script to you. Very handy!Just today I also learned they can do certain referrals too, for pathology tests and certain imaging (xray and ultrasound) which could be handy in my future indeed.Best of all, I’ve never had to wait long for an appointment to happen AND all my appointment so far have fallen within bulk billing services (I know that there were changes to this in October 2025) so have been free for me!Thank you very much for this service Abby Health. It’s much needed these days with ever growing doctors queues and service fees! :-)

This is an excellent service that is simple to access and utilise, and is bulk billed to Medicare. It provides a broad range of options that would otherwise require a face to face GP consultation. I cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone who has difficulties in accessing general practitioner services or finds it difficult to manage their time around such issues. As an example I was able to obtain prescriptions for medications I have been taking for many years within 1 hour of accessing the Abby Health application today. This is simply impossible to arrange via a standard GP consultation in my locality.

When I was unable to book an appointment with my local dr I was worried as I knew I needed a script for anti biotics with an infected toe . I found this amazing service after doing a google search was easy to set up a profile and booked a time that suited me on the day which was my work lunch break Dr was on time asked a number of questions and then sent an escript to my phone all bulk billed thank you so much for the service can highly recommend this highly professional service I will be a returning customer

I’ve been using the Abby app for a few months now and really can’t fault it! The first thing I noticed when I downloaded Abby was how easy the app was to use. The layout made sense and learning how to use the app was seamless. I use the app primarily for minor health concerns I have that I don’t deem worthy of a doctor’s visit, to get an instant initial opinion. The app has only gotten better with its recent update, allowing me to now book Telehealth appointment’s from within the app.
