The UI is very basic and unappealing, and doesn’t properly fit on mobile devices. The One Time Password that gets texted to you also doesn’t work properly - on iPhone the OTP gets automatically filled into the field when it gets texted to you, but when you press submit it comes up with an error saying the OTP is incorrect… there seems to be some delay because if you wait 5-10 seconds before trying again, it then works, so the OTP this uses seems to be very flaky and unreliable

The app doesn’t fit iPhone correctly, also unable to update items on account in portal as instructed by help on phone,when selected account arrow it faces up or down but doesn’t open anything after pressing , no sub menu ,nothing,also it states I have a bill value but direct debit details were entered on account setup?

I wish I would have read more of the reviews before signing up with Tangerine Mobile - this app is simply awful. The UI is clunky and stalls continually (yes I have the most recent version and yes I have the most recent IOS). To review my plan the journey through the clicks is time consuming and frustrating. Put simply, Tangerine and their developers are just lazy or don’t want to spend money on a proper app. Don’t use Tangerine and their woeful app.

I have just started the process of transferring my SIM from my old provider to Tangerine using an e-SIM. The problem is, I need to log into my account to install the e-SIM. I can’t log into my account without verifying my phone number, which I can’t do because my old SIM has been deactivated. Support is unavailable for 3 more days because of the long weekend. This is unacceptable.
